Down Draft Spray Booths

Increase productivity, save energy and maximize your profits.  Spray, waterbase flash-off(optional), and curing cycles for all painting industries.  Intake air flow from the ceiling and exhaust air flow from the floor.   High efficiency ceiling filters.  Direct-drive turbine fans.  Positive air cabin pressure or as desired.  Highly efficient cabin sealing from outside contaminants.  Insulated double wall cabin construction.  Curing Capability of 180 degree F.  Air recirculation during curing without loss in air volume or velocity.  Direct fire burner for the most effieciency.   Listed for spray application per NFPA 33 and NEC 516.

Limited Finishing & Preparation Work Stations

 

Limited finishing work station for parts jamming, parts primering, and project preparation in a controlled air flow and temperature enviroment.  Spray and curing cycles for all painting industries.   Available in down draft and semi-down draft configurations.

 

Preparation work station for sanding of parts and project preparation in a negative air flow enviroment.  Available in down draft and semi-down draft configurations.  

Paint Mixing Rooms

Paint mixing room for paint storage and paint mixing in a contaminant free enviroment.  Available with plenty of lighting and a maximum of 150 Sq. Ft. foot print.
